✅ International shipments are subject to an additional shipping fee based on the destination country.

  • VitalGlowUs delivers to both U.S. addresses and international destinations.

  • If the destination is outside the U.S., an additional international shipping fee will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • The customer must provide a valid and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • VitalGlowUs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct, including postal code, province/state, country, and contact information.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase confirmation.

4️⃣ Estimated Delivery Time

  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by country and carrier and will be provided along with the shipping cost.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 8 business days for U.S. shipments and 7 to 21 business days for international shipments, depending on destination.

  • VitalGlowUs is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or additional local charges in the destination country.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, tariffs, or local fees that may apply in their country.

  • If the customer chooses to use a U.S. locker address, they are also responsible for coordinating the shipment from the locker to their country.
