Shipping Policies

VitalGlowUs only ships to addresses within the U.S.
The customer is responsible for handling their locker and associated costs in the Dominican Republic.

1️⃣ Shipping Destination:

  • VitalGlowUs does not ship directly to the Dominican Republic or other countries.

2️⃣ Shipping Address:

  • The customer must provide a valid U.S. address, such as their locker or residence.
  • VitalGlowUs is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3️⃣ Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

4️⃣ Estimated Delivery Time:

  • U.S. (standard shipping): 2 to 5 business days.
  • Total estimated time for locker delivery: 3 to 8 business days from the date of purchase.

5️⃣ Shipping Methods:

  • We partner with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure secure shipments within the U.S.

6️⃣ Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped.

7️⃣ Customer Responsibility:

  • Once the package is delivered to the U.S. locker, VitalGlowUs has no control over its handling or any additional import costs to the Dominican Republic.
  • The customer is responsible for coordinating their shipment from the locker to the Dominican Republic.

 

Return Policies

Returns can only be processed within the U.S.
Returns from the Dominican Republic or other countries will not be accepted.

1️⃣ Return Request Period:

  • 7 calendar days from the delivery date at the U.S. locker.

2️⃣ Return Shipment Deadline:

  • 10 business days after the return request has been approved.

3️⃣ Conditions for Accepting a Return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for sale items or personalized products.

4️⃣ Return Location:

  • Returns are only accepted within the U.S.
  • The customer must return the product from their locker or any address within the U.S.

5️⃣ Return Shipping Cost:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6️⃣ Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed once the product is received and verified in the U.S.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected.

7️⃣ Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

  • If the customer attempts to return a product from outside the U.S.
  • If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.
  • If the return request is made after the specified period.
